Since 2003, he has been Chairman and CEO of Hawkwood Group, LLC, providing strategic advisory and investment services. Knapp holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard and a BA in Mathematics from Johns Hopkins, where he serves as a Senior Fellow in Economics and Financial Economics.

With nearly three decades of experience in banking and finance, Mr. Mao previously held key leadership roles at China Merchants Bank, including CEO for European Operations (2023–2024) and Deputy CEO of the New York Branch (2013–2023). Mr. Mao holds a bachelor’s degree in international economics (1995) and a master’s degree in World Economics (2000) from Wuhan University, as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School (2007). His expertise spans revenue growth, compliance, and international banking operations.

A Wall Street veteran and sustainability pioneer, Mr. Saltikoff previously spent eight years as JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Global Head of Sustainability and Energy, where he architected the bank’s net-zero policy and led its $2.5 trillion ESG funding initiative. Recognized for driving systemic change, Mr. Saltikoff has held leadership roles including Vice-Chairman of the World Green Building Council (2016-2022), Co-Chair of REBNY’s Sustainability Committee, and advisor to multiple organizations. An MIT Sloan-educated executive (Leadership ‘08) and Manhattan University graduate (MS ‘04), Mr. Saltikoff is a patented innovator who developed blockchain-based renewables tracking standards and has shaped sustainability practices across Fortune 500 companies. A frequent speaker at Davos and Verge, he combines fintech expertise with breakthrough clean-tech solutions to transform industries.

Concurrently, Mr. Miao is CEO of TurboAI (since December 2023), leading its GPUbased cloud computing solutions. Previously, Mr. Miao co-founded and served as Chief Strategy Officer of Webpilot, Inc. (2021-2023), an AI-powered search engine company Mr. Miao brings extensive experience from Alibaba Group (2015-2020), where as Vice President he managed Alibaba Cloud's New Technology Platform and Talent System, and later led DAMO Academy (evolved from IDST). He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

A UK chartered accountant and Hong Kong CPA, Mr. Lam brings over 25 years of multinational finance leadership, including board directorships and executive roles. Mr. Lam spent 17 years at Airbus (1998-2015) as Vice President of Finance & Quality and CFO for China, overseeing JVs and shared services. Mr. Lam later served as China CFO and interim CEO of AXA Assistance (2016-2018). Prior to joining us, Mr. Lam was CFO for two acquisition corporations after operating as an independent financial consultant. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering (Warwick, 1987) and MSc in Management Science (Imperial College London, 1988).

Bringing nearly 30 years of experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, and crossborder transactions, with deep expertise in AI, blockchain, fintech, and digital infrastructure. Mr. Griffitts holds a JD from Catholic University, an MBA in International Finance, and a BA in International Marketing from American University.

With expertise in project management, administration, and industrial relations, Mr. Wu previously served as US General Manager of Powermers Smart Industries, Inc. (2023– 2024). A Columbia College (BA) and School of Visual Arts (MA) graduate, Mr. Wu has a background as a freelance writer, translator, and art curator, with works published in renowned outlets and international events curated at venues like the Louvre.
