Official Response from DeepGreenX

DeepGreenX has now emerged as a global leader in its sector. In March 2025, the company was awarded the title of "2025 Forbes China Industry Development Leader Enterprise" in recognition of its outstanding achievements in industry innovation, market leadership and sustainable development. This prestigious award not only highlights DeepGreenX's leading position in the industry, but also further consolidates its reputation as an innovation-driven player in the global market.

In response to the recent reports involving DeepGreenX published by a weekly magazine in Hong Kong, our company hereby issues the following clarification:

1. In 2025, introduced by a renowned American tech investor and the former president of a global top-tier telecommunications technology company, DeepGreenX entered into a cooperation with Hong Kong-based iFree Group. The two parties jointly invested in a high-quality project under iFree Group and launched joint venture operations. Currently, the project is progressing exceptionally well; according to a report released by a world-leading authoritative valuation institution, its valuation has exceeded USD 10 billion.

2. There is no direct investment relationship between DeepGreenX and iFree Group. The two parties only have minor mutual investments through a certain asset management company. In addition, DeepGreenX only verbally agreed to accept a complimentary shared office space in Hong Kong offered by iFree Group, but has not actually used the premises to date.

3. The veracity of the historical investment matters related to the shareholders of iFree Group as mentioned in the reports, as well as whether the weekly magazine in question verified the information through rigorous journalistic procedures instead of publishing hearsay based on one-sided sources, remains unknown. Furthermore, such matters are essentially potential historical disputes between iFree Group and its shareholders, and have no relevance whatsoever to DeepGreenX.

4. The reports by the weekly magazine contain numerous false statements. They not only involved celebrities who hold no professional affiliation with DeepGreenX, allegedly seeking sensationalism by exploiting so-called "celebrity effect", but also fabricated details claiming that the magazine had sought verification of relevant information from DeepGreenX. As a matter of fact, DeepGreenX has never received any request for verification from the weekly magazine.

Our company respects the right of supervision from all parties in the market, and at the same time, will resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of itself and its affiliated enterprises.
